Facts: On July 3, 1988, at 1:20 a.m. in the morning a fight broke out just outside the gate to Defendants' Amusement Park. The security personnel intervened. They restrained one of the combatants, Perez. Perez attempted to break away and in the process knocked Plaintiff, Robinson to the ground. Plaintiff, Gallosh, alleges that she was knocked to the ground by a security officer in pursuit of Perez.

 

 

Damages: Robinson: fractured wrist requiring two surgeries. Gallosh: Soft-tissue injury.
