I have some exciting developments to report to you and seek your participation if you have the interest. We have reached an agreement with IAAPA which is the publisher of Funworld Magazine to provide a monthly column in that magazine into the future. The first column was written by myself relating to the "attorney client privilege", and appears in the November 1998 issue. The next column will be written for the January 1999 issue, and several IALDA members will be authorizing other articles for future issues through July of 1999. 1 would like to solicit any of our other members, who would be interested in writing a legal article, to contact an IALDA Board Member at your earliest convenience.

I am pleased to report that we have secured the internet domain name of "IALDA.org." Our web page is presently in the process of being constructed and will provide important information to all members. If anyone has their own law firm web page that they would like to have linked from IALDA, please forward it to me.

It has been an extrexmely busy, yet interesting year. I hope that all of you take the opportunity to attend one of the various conventions and participate in one of the seminars that are scheduled.
